OKLAHOMA CITY -- A woman's donation has helped the Ronald McDonald
House of Oklahoma City complete a new room they are building at OU
Medical Center's Children's Hospital.
The Ronald McDonald House has been giving the families of OU Medical
Center's smallest patients a home away from home for 25 years. Now, a
woman's generous heart and wallet will provide even more families a
place to rest their heads during what can be a very stressful time.
"I'm always so touched by the goodness of people. And being at the Ronald McDonald House, I get to see that every day, and this is huge," Tamara Gilkey with the Ronald McDonald House said.
With this donation, they expect the project to be complete by the end of the year.
